Hi Jessica, i came from your inc coloumn. I read your every article on inc, i love the way u write articles, perfectly formatted, not woo -woo stuff, easily understandable and backed by neuroscience. You will be surprised, I never go without bookmarking ur aticle, bookmarked some of ur pieces, but i m little happy from Substack. here i see ur articles look like a big wall of text. Please add some space, make it more readable and format them before publishing.

Thanks for the feedback on the appearance of the articles - I am still trying to get the hang of the Substack format. It's interesting too because I find the reading experience on a lot of sites really cluttered with ads, images, pop-ups, etc. I appreciate a clear, text focused look. But maybe a compromise is needed. I'll experiment.
